FRS opens Scotland and Cambridge franchises
FRS are expanding by adding two franchisees to their company, based in Scotland and Newmarket. FRS wanted to provide its franchisees with a seamless and fully managed IT environment. Laugh Out Loud worked closely with FRS to put together a recommended specification for each franchisees systems and upgraded the existing FRS Small Business Server network with a fast Terminal server, serving email, file and printer sharing and the bespoke recruitment system.The system has been in use now for 5 months and has been a resounding success. The franchisees are impressed with the speed and ease of use of the system. In addition they enjoy the security of knowing that all IT is managed centrally including critical system backups.Says Graham Brown of FRS: 'Without Laugh Out Loud's in depth knowledge of Microsoft systems and infrastructure we would have had no idea about remote working and how powerful and simple it can be.
