Laugh Out Loud improves EUS's efficiency with an online business process system - 25 September '06
EUS are the leading overhead line external service provider to EDF Energy and Central Networks. Since Laugh Out Loud started working with EUS in October 2005, EUS have doubled in size and are on target to double again by the spring of 2007. Laugh Out Loud have been a key part of this growth, providing great technology, I.T. support and innovative computer systems to their Ely and satellite offices.
This time we provided an online web-based system that covered the work process of EUS, from job creation to invoicing. Three roles are catered for (project manager, customer, and management team) and each uses the system to move the project to completion. The project manager enters projects, the customer approves quotes and completed jobs and the accounts team handle invoicing. Key performance indicators can be monitored with reports that give project managers and the management team accurate feedback. Gone are the faxes and emails of the past! EUS can now take projects on faster and invoice in greater volumes at a more steady rate, fuelling their growth.
