Norman and Nicholas construct new network
Norman and Nicholas have experienced success after success in the last few years and this is in no small way attributable to their reliable and flexible I.T systems. Says Mark Nicholas: 'Since we started working with Laugh Out Loud, we have seen a marked improvement in communications and the speed with which we can turn around planning, pricing, estimating and proposals.'As part of the next phase in Norman and Nicholas' growth, an upgrade to the network has been carried out. A Microsoft Small Business server has been integrated with the network, providing extremely useful remote working facilities which are used by staff on building sites, an Exchange server which manages email, co-operative working via tasks and shared calendars. Finally, the new system provides peace of mind with redundancy and reliable backups. Include a support agreement from Laugh Out Loud and Norman and Nicholas has a strong I.T. foundation on which to build their business.
