Rotortech Aero powers up Small Business Server
After experiencing a complex and difficult administrative period, Rotortech, a manufacturer of composite components was purchased by PENTA, a Czech-and-Slovak private equity group. The new business, Rotortech Aero Composites Ltd, has come on in leaps and bounds since the purchase and has acquired new contracts and ramped poduction up.An aging I.T infrastructure was identified as weak point in the new business and Laugh Out Loud was selected to improve the system. The exisiting server was upgraded to improve performance and Microsoft Small Business Server was installed, providing remote working facilities, Exchange server email, calendar and co-operative working as well as improved security, redundancy and file and printer sharing. New anti-virus software has been installed on the server and across the network keeping the systems safe.
